The Sega Naomi Mini Cabinet

If you've always been looking for a small cabinet which allows you to play Yoko and Tate games in a comfortable way, you're at the right place !

What the hell is this project about ?
A mini arcade cabinet based on the Sega Naomi design, with the capability of rotating a 9.7 inches LCD screen.

1. A 3D printer (ideally with a 256mm or greater tray)
2. Raspberry Pi 4 or 5, depending if you want to emulate Sega Saturn properly
3. Arcade power supply capable of deliverying 5 and 12 V with a minimum of 3A (RPI 1, 2,3,4) and 5A (RPI 5).

How to build it ?

1. 3D print all .stl included in the zip file - you can use pla filaments for better results.
2. Assemble the pieces which have been split with M2.5 / 6mm steel shaft and glue them together with Loctite gel (highlly recommended brand).
3. Glue the 4 magnets on the front parts
4. Glue one magnet per bezel cover and attach the 4 bezel covers to the bezel
5. Glue the magnets on the rear parts 2 and 3
6. Apply a post threatment to your pieces:
   1.  Manual sanding
   2.   Apply putty
   3.   Repeat steps a and b until you are happy with your surface.
   4.   Apply a primer paint and a very light sanding (optional)
   5.  Apply 2 layers of paint (cars paints work really great)
7. Drill a hole where you want your Amp Knob to be set (i've chosen the rear side) but you can place it anywhere). The amp doesn't need to be screwed, it will maintain itself if the hole drilled is small enough.
8.  Weld the speakers and screw them to the rear
9.  Clip the on/off switch, screw the power plug, and weld (the power phase must be weld with the switch).
10.  Place the led stripes, screw the RPI, and the fan.
11.  Drill and screw all parts (you'll find out)
12.  Print the panel sticker and .... stick it
13.  Place the joystick and button, and wire them to the PI (GPIO) or through an interface such as Ipac2
14.  Screw the LCD to the Bezel
15.  Drill and screw the bezel and bezel back together. Then screw the bezel LCD interfaces to the bezel back.
16.  Wire all parts :
    - LCD Interface to the Power Supply 12V
    - Led Stripes, amp, fan, anb and RPI to the Power Supply 5V
    Important: If you use a RPI5, your power supply must deliver a minimum of 5A. If it doesn't, you can use a phone power supply with 5A out on top of the arcade power supply.
17. Gently add 4 points of glue on the bezel and place the plexiglass.
18. Place the side stickers
